We design, install and service intruder alarms in a range of residential and commercial properties.
What should we expect?
An experienced engineer will carry out a full inspection of the site, for free, and discuss the options available to suit the needs of the customer. There are many options that we consider to ensure the property is well protected, this may include the use of:
- Passive infra-red detectors, or dual-tech detectors, that react to a potential intruder moving within a room/area. These are strategically placed to provide the best security possible
- Door and window contacts that register on opening
- Shock sensors fitted to the door or window frames that react to shocks caused by attempted entry
- Break-glass detectors that are activated by the sound of an intruder breaking the glass
- Smoke cloaks to fill an area with smoke on activation of the alarm.
All of these security measures can be combined with the control panel, wired or wireless, and a remote keypad where you can set and un-set the system using user codes or key fobs. The system is linked to an external audible alarm or ‘bell’, which will ring on activation of any of the detectors or contacts.

- Install monitoring on the system, through a NSI Gold certified monitoring centre. This will enable key contacts to be telephoned upon activation of the alarm.
- Our SSIAB certification also enables us to set up police response on intruder systems, so that police will attend the site upon activation of the alarm.
Customer care is key…
On installation of the system, the engineer will demonstrate how to use the system and support with phone device set-up if required.
Our customer care does not end when we walk out the door… every system we install is provided with a 12 month maintenance contract including cover on parts and labour. Following this period, we offer annual contract renewals at reasonable prices to ensure your system is always covered!
