What should we expect?
An experienced engineer will carry out a full inspection of the site, for free, and discuss the options available to suit the needs of the customer. There are many options that we consider to ensure the property is well protected, fitting high quality cameras with a range of intelligent features, such as:
- Digital and analogue systems
- Ultra HD video quality with up to 4K resolution
- Video entry systems, including doorbells and intercom systems, which can be linked to the CCTV and alarm system
- PTZ dome cameras that can move to a given pattern or follow motion detection
- Line-crossing and motion detection to trigger activations of movement within a marked area
- Additional motion sensors that can be linked to the CCTV system
- Cameras that capture, record and store number plate images
- Traffic entry and exit cameras with ANPR technology
- Cameras that capture, record and store images of people
- Thermal imaging cameras that can withstand harsh environments of up to 60 degrees
- Anti-corrosion and explosion-proof cameras for more hazardous environments
All of these CCTV camera options can be combined with a recorder system, with various sizes available, and a display monitor to view live and pre-recorded footage.
In addition we can…
- Link CCTV systems to mobile phones and tablet devices, so they viewed remotely with ease.
- Install monitoring on the system, through a NSI Gold certified monitoring centre. This will enable key contacts to be telephoned upon activation of the CCTV line-crossing or sight of intruders between given time frames.
Customer care is key…
On installation of the system, the engineer will fully test the system, demonstrate how to use the system and support with phone device set-up if required.
Our customer care does not end when we walk out the door… every system we install is provided with a 12 month maintenance contract including cover on parts and labour. Following this period, we offer annual contract renewals at reasonable prices to ensure your system is always covered!
