 What should we expect?

A qualified engineer will visit the site, for free, and discuss the options available to suit the needs of the customer, and complete a quotation. Features include:

• Portable or built-in air conditioning, with singular units or split units
• Wall and ceiling mounted units, cassette grid systems and duct systems
• Operational by remote or wall-mounted control unit
• Thermostat settings to manage temperature control economically
• Eco-efficient A/A rating units

Installations and servicing of air conditioning systems must legally be carried out by a certified FGAS engineer, following the government DEFRA regulations.

In addition we can…

• Link some air conditioning units to mobile phones and other devices to easily manage the temperature from anywhere

Customer care is key…

On installation of the system, the engineer will fully test the equipment and demonstrate how to use the system to the customer.

Our customer care does not end when we walk out the door… every system we install is provided with a 12 month maintenance contract including cover on parts and labour. Following this period, we offer annual servicing and maintenance contract renewals at reasonable prices to ensure your system is always covered!
